Results are delivered in under 4 seconds along with a personalized product and routine recommendation. Each analysis uses credits from your LUMIERE wallet ($4.99 per analysis, or included in higher credit tiers).
Do LUMIERE Credits expire? +
No. LUMIERE Credits never expire. Once loaded to your wallet, you can use them anytime for AI analyses, virtual try-on access, personalized routines, or as store credit toward any product purchase.
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be at least 50% full. Return shipping is free within the US, UK, EU, and Australia.
Are your products cruelty-free? +
