How does the AI Skin Analysis work? +
Take a well-lit selfie without makeup or filters. Our AI neural network, trained on 8 million images, analyzes 47 biomarkers including hydration, pore density, fine lines, pigmentation, and elasticity. Results are delivered in under 4 seconds along with a personalized product and routine recommendation. Each analysis uses credits from your LUMIERE wallet ($4.99 per analysis, or included in higher credit tiers).
Do LUMIERE Credits expire? +
No. LUMIERE Credits never expire. Once loaded to your wallet, you can use them anytime for AI analyses, virtual try-on access, personalized routines, or as store credit toward any product purchase.
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be at least 50% full. Return shipping is free within the US, UK, EU, and Australia.
Are your products cruelty-free? +
Yes. LUMIERE is 100% cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. We never test on animals and require the same commitment from every supplier in our chain. Many of our products are also vegan—check individual product pages for details.
How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days (US), 5-7 days (international). Express shipping: 1-2 business days (US), 3-4 days (international). Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. All orders include tracking.
Can I use credits to buy products? +
