Returns

• Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be at least 50% full
• We’ll provide a prepaid return label (free within US, UK, EU, AU)
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
• Option to receive store credit (with 10% bonus) instead of a refund

AI Skin Analyses, Virtual Try-On sessions, and Personalized Routines are digital services delivered instantly. These are non-refundable once used, but unused credits remain in your wallet indefinitely.
