When you use LUMIERE’s website, products, or AI services, we may collect: contact information (name, email, shipping address), payment information (processed securely via Stripe—we never store card numbers), skin analysis photos (processed in real time and deleted from our servers within 24 hours unless you opt in to progress tracking), usage data and preferences, and device information for Virtual Try-On functionality.
We use your information to: process orders and deliver products, perform AI skin analyses and generate personalized routines, improve our AI models (only with explicit opt-in consent and anonymized data), send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates), and send marketing communications (only with your consent, easily unsubscribable).
Your facial photos are processed in real time by our on-device and cloud AI systems. Photos are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Unless you opt in to Skin Tracking, photos are permanently deleted within 24 hours of analysis. If you opt in to Skin Tracking, photos are stored securely and can be deleted at any time from your account settings. We never sell, share, or use identifiable facial data for any purpose other than your personal skin analysis.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe), shipping carriers (for delivery), cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, encrypted), and analytics tools (anonymized and aggregated only).
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data (“right to be forgotten”), export your data in a portable format, opt out of marketing communications, and restrict processing of your data.
